Looking for design rule files for OSHPark

Looking into AD (used Protel in the VERY old days and PADS ), we have been using OSHPark for prototype boards the last few years.
I was wondering if there is any of you superusers that have made design rule files for OSHpark 2 and 4 layer boards already that would be willing to share ?
(I know it is just a matter of stuffing the right numbers in, but there are already a bunch of things to get up to speed on in AD, so was kinda hoping we could cut a corner here at least for the initial tests....
