Cannot find supplier list

Hello,
I am relatively new to Altium Designer so this might be a beginner question.
I was following Robert Feranec tutorials on Youtube. And when he finds the part in Part Search, I cannot select Digikey or any other suppliers. See the attachment for the screenshot.

What should I change to get a list of suppliers?

Under Preferences->System->Network Activity, check that 'Parts Providers' is ticked.
