Interesting development with Altium in Canada. First they seemed to make a 180 degree turn and now face the customers in Canada directly, and not explicitly via authorized resellers in Canada as it used to be. A message that was sent talked about purchasing their products directly. They also assigned individual account managers to manage relationships even with small clients. Perhaps this also may mean direct tech support. It was a joke working with the reseller's tech support, they were useless. Hopefully reaching to Altium tech support directly will make a change.
Secondly, and most bizarre, their offer of 1:1 CAD:USD rate until April 30th. Wish I had that offer when I was buying, that would save me thousands of Canadian tughrics.
