PCB Place menu (or P shortcut)

Afternoon,

I'm attempting to place my layer stack table on a mechanical layer on a PCB, and I appear to have lost both the 'place' menu.  I can't get to it with the shortcut 'P' either. I'm not aware of having done anything myself to remove or disable it, does anyone have any ideas as to how I can get it back?

edit: to add that this is using Altium 15.0

I've sorted this now - and for reference should anyone else search this in the future, I went to:
'View'
'Toolbars'
'Customise'
'Toobars' tab
Highlight 'PCB Menu' and click 'restore' at the bottom of that window, which takes it back to its default state.

Hope this is of use to someone...
