Which version of Altium od DCCP847

So my problem is, the only windows machine that I currently have at home is intel NUC DCCP847DYE and as I have figured it can't run AD 16 so now I am looking which older version would be running good enough to make one PCB (2 layer and cca 40 components)?  ;D

Why can't a NUC run AD16?

The graphics just aren't good enough to render even the 2D board.

For me its piece of only 99$  ;D
For Altium, I am using a better machine at work. But now I am sick and I have a deadline to meet so this would me my only option.

How about getting the machine from work at home? Sounds like the easiest solution to me.
