NC file export - all in one file?

I'm exporting NC files in order to order board from OSHPark. I have two problems... The first one is that I get two text files: drills and slots. I can't find a way to combine them and the DRR file can't be used. The second problem is that seems OSHPark do not support slots at all although I've managed to order board with some but that was using Eagle.

What do to? I find it hard to find useful info in the Altium help wiki.
