Update schematic symbol from database library and reposition properties

Hey folks,
I got a problem with updating the schematic symbols after changing them in my schematic library (.SchLib). I’m working with an excel database library.
Feels like I’ve tried almost everything from here:

But the symbols only change if I add them as new parts into my schematic from my library.

Do you know if there is another solution for updating the symbols?

My second issue is with the position of the component properties in the schematic library.
I e.g. add the attributes “AC”, “partnumber” and “package” to a symbol. But independent of my manual positioning of these attributes around the symbol, they appear on the schematic in the same order in which I added them in the schematic library.
E.g. if I add them in this order:

AC
partnumber
package

and rearrange their position after that manually to e.g.

partnumber
package
AC

They will always be repositioned when placing the part in the schematic in the order of adding them into the symbol in the schematic library to in this case

AC
partnumber
package

I hope I could make it understandable.
