drill size code not in gerber output

I'm trying to order a pcb prototype from Itead Studio.

now, they said that my drill file does not have the "d code".

here is the image they've send me for explaining it.

does anyone of you know how to export a pcb file that suits their request?

Ask them to be a bit more specific, because your tool details are right there at the top as they should be.

Give them an Excellon file as they asked. It will be an option in there somewhere, I'm afraid manual-reading is an expensive service.

From your PCB select File->Fabrication Outputs->NC Drill Files
Leave the default values on the 2 following popups
You can close the CAMtastic file without saving. The file you want will be automatically saved to your "Project outputs for ..." folder as the name of your PCB with a .txt suffix

If you already have an existing CAM file containing all your gerbers and wish to see/add the drill file to it, open that and from there File->Import->QuickLoad
A dialog will popup that should be set to your "Project Outputs for..." folder that contains the previously generated txt file (drill file) select it from the list and your cam now contains all the files you need to check your outputs
