Export gerber to goldphoenixpcb.com

I am trying to export my gerber file to goldphoenixpcb.com. However; I am having issues.

I followed the instructions given here http://www.olimex.com/pcb/How%20to%20export%20Gerber%20files%20from%20Altium%20Designer%202009.pdf (different company) however i get this message from the people at gold phoenix

"There is no D-code for the gerber, we could not input the gerber completely please provide the D-code , or provide the gerber format with Gerber-274x"

What am I doing wrong?

Did you mark the "Embedded aperture" checkbox ?
