Rule for matching all pads on a specific component type

I'd like my polygons to pour in a special way when connecting to a high current terminals. As I have quite a few of these, I'd like to match the comment field so all of these terminals are treated the same way.

I tried (Comment = '74650074R') but that only returns the components, not the pads.

I'd like to get all the pads of all these components. How do I do that?
