AD16 download issue

I get this error everytime I try to download the newest version of Altium.
Firewall and Antivirus are dactivated and I restarted the Computer and the download multiple times.

If I click "No" about 20s (or 150MB download) later the installer will just crash and if I click "Yes" the window just appears again.

Does somebody know what the problem could be?

I would contact your Altium rep and try to get FTP access for the offline installer.

Try that, they've been pretty helpful in the past for me when I had an install problem a few years ago.

I contacted Altium and they sent me an offline installer for Altium 16. Now it works fine, thanks!
Btw. the new step models created by the component wizard are awesome!
