Generate list of components in all *.IntLib files?

Is there a reasonable way to generate a list of all the components that are in all the *.IntLib files in a directory? Maybe there is such a handy feature/script, but I can't seem to find it.

To be clear, I would like a script/whatever that I can point to oooh let's say the Library directory, have it go along all the subdirectories, and then for each IntLib file there dump a list of the components. To text file, xml, whatever. That way when I want to do a quick check if I have that part in Altium, I can do a quick grep to check. As opposed to the current slow procedure.

So any ideas much appreciated.
