How to activate wire snapping when draggin them?

hi,

i messed something up in my altium installation. when i drag a wire at a point with theewires, i can only drag two wires by pressing [strg]+left mouse and the third wire stays where it is. but i want it to move with the other wires. how can i activate this option?
