Utilities toolbar Altium Designer 15 vs 17

I want to ask if there is a way to duplicate an toolbar from AD15 to AD17 interface. In the attached file i underline the two toolbars which i want to make identical. For me, this toolbar on the AD15 is very useful. I want it on AD17. I'm asking for the information how to do that. Thank you all!
