Output File and CAMtastic

I've recently upgraded from version 10 to version 14 and have noticed something different when I'm outputting my Gerbers. I've created an OUTJOB file and have setup fabrication outputs to generate the appropriate Gerbers and NC Drills. In previous versions after I'd generate the content a new CAM file would be created and I could go in check to make sure the Gerbers had been generated appropriately. However it's not doing that anymore.

This is the first project I've started in 14. However when I open a project created from a previous version and generate content again, the a new CAM file gets created. Is there a project specific setting I've missed?

it almost seems like the CAM file isn't being created. I don't see it anywhere in the working directory.
