How to compile .SchLib and .PcbLib to the .IntLib?

Hi, when i trying to turn (compile) my .SchLib and .PcbLib files from componentsearchengine.com to ONE .IntLib file, i getting this error:

Can't read what that dialog box says. Perhaps clip just the error box, or save as PNG. Or type it out so we don't have to look at external images (and search engines can find it).

why are you compilng to your program files ?
that folder may not be writeable
