How use Cutouts efficiently

I have a big polygon in a L1 layer in altium, also I have some filles in a mechanical layer 3, I want to use the fills in mechanical layer shape and postion to be used as polygon cutouts in the L1 layer polygon, in altium is there a way to do it?
