How to turn off 45 degree wires in the schematic editor
« on: April 01, 2019, 07:27:22 pm »
The shift button stopped working (?) in my Altium 18.1 installation at some point which means I cannot turn off e.g. 45 degree angled wire placement in the schematic editor. If I do Place Wire and try to hit shift+space to change the angle mode, it just reads "Choose object to rotate..." as if I only pressed space. I've found no place in the obscure menu system where I can choose to globally turn this annoying behaviour off. Other shift-<command> options are broken too, but to stay sane I'm only concerned about the 45 degree angle issue for now.

For someone who came in at version 16, I wonder if there any known cases of users of Altium, say, version 4-5-6 or thereabouts who did not kill themselves?
