IPC-MD library template collection

I'm looking for generic IPC standard (Medium Density) library collection for various commonly used package, so I don't have to go thru IPC wizard. Any suggestion where to find it (ideally open source). I don't wish to depend on manufacture footprint from new component, except for customized, for fear of variants in style and theme with others and errors. I don't think Octoparts which Altium Standard License depend on is a good resource database.   I use Altium Designer 23.
