Output Job in Vault

According to this (
https://www.altium.com/documentation/altium-designer/managed-output-job-files-ad
) article I should be able to add an Output Job Template to our vault. For some reason it will not come up anywhere as an option. I can add all the other types such as BOM and Schematic Templates. I found the issue in 21 and upgraded to 22 to see if that would fix it but it's the same story.
Is there an option I need to enable somewhere? Can someone let me know if they see this option?
Thanks

yup. i have a folder called "managed content" of the type "generic folder"
right click -> add subfolder -> other folder type
running nexus 5.0 (altium 22)
note that you cannot be connected to a 365 workspace !
