Can somebody tell me how to Import librarys into Altuim 14.3?

And I am looking for a library that includes the IC "SN74HC595N"...

The TI library has that. It was shipped with Altium by default, at least the last version I've used. Just look around in folders. Otherwise, there is a library tab. And you can always just drag the file to the window.

Select Design then Add/Remove library.

Browse to the folder holding the library in question and select it.

I think Altium stopped bundling their comprehensive library catalog with the installer. You can access them if you log into Altiums vault or download them individually from the website. In the time taken to log in here and ask for a particular part, you could have created the part in your own custom library.

Learn to create your own. This is an important part of working with a schematic/PCB CAD suite. When using existing libraries you need to check the symbol and footprint against your datasheet anyway. The chance that your part doesn't fit is always possible if you don't.

So use that datasheet and make your own. It's usually about 5 minutes each for your schematic symbol and your footprint.
