When running validate PCB project in schematic capture there is no errors but when transferring into PCB layout there is the error of DIODE in Net DIODE missing in Net DIODE. Could you please guide me on next steps?

Welcome to the forum! And thanks for including those screenshots, it makes it much easier to help with weird problems like this.
I would start by checking that your components and wires are all exactly aligned to the schematic grid, particularly where pin 2 of D1 connect. In the PCB we can see that R1 pin 1 is in the DIODE net, so its connections are good, but D1 pin 2 isn't despite the net label being right there. This can especially be a problem if you have schematic symbols created using an imperial grid in a schematic sheet with a metric grid, or vice versa, as there will be very small discrepancies in the grid increments. It's also worth checking the coordinate position of your components, it may be that something got nudged off of the grid very slightly. To quickly check that wires are actually connected to pins on a schematic symbol, you can try dragging it. If all of the wires get dragged around with the symbol, then they are connected properly.

first of all we use A-K for Diodes to avoid the 1-2 wrong pin designator
- in SCh, delete the line between those two pins & make sure they snap each other
- in SCH LIB make sure the pin of the Diode has the the electrical connection & not the other way around
