Altium Designer 2012 component placement problem

Hello everyone, having a bit of a problem here. (bangs head)

to summerize the issue:
while working with the pcb, when i update schematics or import changes to the board,
some of my components go back to the schematic room. but only some of them.
i've tried locking components, resetting the annotation, re-wiring the schematic etc.

did anyone have a similar issue, anybody knows what to do?
i'm about to kick my computer into summision right now.

Parts are linked between schematic and PCB by each part having a unique identifier.

Parts on the PCB which are not linked to a part in the schematic will be deleted. Parts in the schematic which are not linked to a part on the PCB will be placed from libraries.

In the PCB editor look at Project | Component Links.
