room size HUGE when transferring to board

When I import changes to my board, the rooms are HUGE and the components are all very far apart. I have to rearrange all the components before I start anything. Is there a way I change change this?

You can arrange the components closely together in the room by clicking "Tools -> Component Placement -> Arrange Within Room" and then clicking the room.
