Thank U It is shorter than changing one by one but it also takes long time .
Is there any way like changing one pad and click other pads to get the changes like the first one ?
I meen Something like "Property Assignment tool" in Proteus !!!!

You can select multiple pads and use Ctrl+C Ctrl+V in the window. Or use excel or whatever to create the data and just paste it.

You are right but this way is useful when we are going to create a footprint but  I meant I am at the final step of designing and don't want to change footprint.

Finally I my self found the solution which is :
Go with "find similar object" set your view point and press "OK" >> now you can change any options of same objects (like shape of layer for pads)  just in an action.
Well done
