I just updated a few mechanical components in my schematic and PcbLib. How to do apply these component changes so that it reflects on my existing PcbDoc?

Right click compnoent on pcb > Component Actions >Update from PCB libraries

in the library browser ,right click ont he part and select update schematic form library
same for the pcb library

Should be on the Tools menu, too.
Beware of doing this on schematics.... you'll lose all custom parameters.
Hopefully you wouldn't be needing to do that for something common, like all resistors.
