« on: April 24, 2014, 02:49:05 am »
Dear people,

How can I place a pre-placed component in a PCB using altium? for example..the component must be placed from x=19.5mm and y=20.5mm of the board... TIA!  :)

Do you mean you want to specify the component's x and y coordinates in the schematic?   :-//

so as a default, ALTIUM has an origin lower left side of the board set as (x=0,y=0)?

No.
If you want that you can set the origin to where you like... it's in under one of menu items somewhere
