Any services that can make Altium library parts for me?

I've been using AD for a couple of years. I don't mind making library parts, but I find that it takes a lot of time. Does anyone know of any people or services that can make Altium library parts for a fee? I looking for somewhere I can send a link to a datasheet and in a day or two get back a library footprint. I'd also like a schematic symbol, but that's a second priority.
