Altium 20 does not allow me to place components and wires on schematic

Hello, I'm having some problems with schematic creation in AD20.
When I double click an item in components panel then click on schematic sheet to place it noting happens. Same when I try to use a place wire command.
It still allows me to drag and drop components but I can't connect any wires to them and none of placing tools work. And I cleared filters still no help. May be I missing something?
After installation Altium automatically imported licenses and preferences from previous version. May be they where imported somehow wrong and clear install will help?
I would be glad to hear any thoughts and suggestions how to fix this.

FIXED.
As I thought fresh installation WITHOUT importing preferences from previous version fixed my problems.
