Why do I get this "Floating Net label" warning?
« on: September 14, 2014, 11:23:56 am »
I have an unused opamp in a neighbor sheet, and I wanted to use it in this one. After I built up the circuit below and compile it, I get the warning messages for the net labels in the red rectangle.

The messages are:

Code: [Select]
[Warning]	SheetA.SchDoc	Compiler	Floating Net Label OPX0 at (606,444)
[Warning] SheetA.SchDoc Compiler Floating Net Label OPX1 at (606,429)
[Warning] SheetA.SchDoc Compiler Floating Net Label OPX2 at (606,413)

How can I prevent these warning messages?

Maybe the label anchors are not 'quite' touching the busses?

Can't see an immediate reason for the warning - but the schematic?
In my mind, it doesn't really communicate the wiring/circuit very well.

Why not create or use a library op-amp ?
Don't ask a question if you aren't willing to listen to the answer.

Is the net label assigned to a wired net?
They must match.
The schematic part shown should be the same as on the other sheet and same identifier(IC?) and also the use the spare part portion(A? B? C? etc)
That should also result in showing the pin #'s
