Problems with librarys

hi im using altium and when i create a new library with her image and her footprints all its okey but when i do the schematics and plot to pcb they dont do the connections with my new componnet i don t know what im doing wrong any can help me?

Just a guess here ... Do your pcblib component pins numbers match the ones in the schlib ?
It also could be that your schlib grid does not match the one in the sch.
