Draftsman's Ordinate dimensions issue in AD20

I have an issue with Ordinate Dimentions in AD 20 draftsman.
Basically, cannot change any Ordinate Dimentions properties there, for example set both Units (Primary and Dual), that's immediately sliding to Document Properties.

It works fine in AD 19.

Not sure it's me or AD 20 bug, could you please check in your AD 20?
