Example designs download

Since my retirement is getting close I started playing with my NB3000 Nanoboard again and wanted to download some of the example designs from the Altium website:

When not logged in clicking the 'download' in the window that appears when hovering over a design it asks you to fill in some details and then sends you an email with a link, apparently to download the design. Here's an example:

All the link does for me is displaying the text 'redirecting' on the tab, tried multiple browsers. When logged in a click on the 'download' link does absolutely nothing, again tested with multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge and God forbid IE). When opening the design by clicking on it I can download the PDF but the 'download ZIP' does nothing again.

Is it just me? Do I have to open the page from within Altium Designer (How)? Live support told me "It's working for me" but I guess they just opened the page and did not test actually downloading something.

So please rub it in, tell me how stupid I am not being able to work it out for myself.

Maybe try another DNS or a VPN. If it still doesn't work just PM me the links.

Try deleting all Altium website cookies from your browser or use a different browser.

Thanks for the response, I guess I have to dig in deeper. Already tried different PCs, different browsers, different locations and different DNS servers and always get the same blank page and 'redirecting' as the tab text. Same if I open the link in an incognito window so that rules out cookies I think? Time to get Wireshark out.

It is caused by the HTTPS site redirecting to the HTTP site for the download, Chrome just cancels the download without telling the user but Edge gives you the option to download the file after a few more mouse clicks so I got the files I wanted.
