rooms getting clumped up far away after importing to pcb

after finishing schematics and importing changes to pcb file, a couple of first rooms are OK, but the rest of em gets clumped up far up right, in a messed up way
does this happen to you? cause its pretty usual for me

why is it happening? is there a way to fix it? its a pain to clean them up in high room channel count designs to begin with

i have this problem with altium for quite some time actually. AD20, 21 and 22
