altium designer PCB board wizard

hi there , i just installed altium manager but i'm not able to open :
the workspace manager
the file panel (it's not present in the panel list and dont want to stay in after toolbar customisation)
the pcb board wizard.

how can i do that

yes i saw that so i decide to let my post,
i've saw the icon for file panel and workspace manager in the customize toolbar editor, but they dont want to appears in the menu dialog
