Altium - Autoroute Track from bottom to top only by vias

Hi, i have a problem. I used autoroute to make tracks in my circuit, in bottom and top layer.
But i want to connect track between top and bottom layer only from vias, placed automatically by autoroute.
In image, i marked three objects.
1: is pad of a capacitor, tracks are placed only in bottom layer, this is correct.
2: is pad of same capacitor tracks are placed in bottom and top layer, this isn't correct.
3: is via placed by autoroute, this is correct.
I want that in my pcb there are objects only like objects 1 and 3.

I'm not understanding...  What's wrong with #2?

he obviously wants to make the doublesided board himself. so wants to rely on via's so he can solder a stub of wire in there. soldering under components is difficult unless you offset them off the board.

you can try doing this using the rules but it will be bloody difficult. you will need to write a rule that all components need to be broken out on the bottom layer only , with a minimum distance off pad

oh so he wants all layer transitions with vias to be done outside of component footprints.  That's a bit odd. 

So, route manually, or put down some test pins/pads?
