Duplicating PCB layout without screwing up schematic

I have four different parts to a circuit and I can use the same layout for each one. In the schematic I just copy pasted the circuit four times, then I reset duplicate designators and its great.

In the PCB layout portion of the program I laid out one of these circuits. I can also copy&paste it three times, but then it won't agree with my schematic.

Is there any easy way to do this? Or do I need to copy&paste it three times and manually rename every part?

I think you have to try component link... sub menu available in Project menu.

Encapsulate the circuit to be duplicated into a schematic subsheet, and either instantiate it four times in a higher-level sheet, or use the "Repeat" directive on the sheet when instantiating it in the higher level.

Then use Rooms to duplicate the layout.
