Altium and their FPGA IP Cores

Hello,
have anyone tried to export Altium IP Cores and using them outside Altium?
I am interested in TSK3000A (soft cpu), CAN and BRAM Controller for ProAsic3.

I successfully implemented those IP's on M1A3P1000 using Altium-JTAG, but in next step I will have to change to another FPGA (same vendor, but another family not supported by Altium).

They can be in form of a black box.
Also... I need to find how can I connect black box IP core to my Libero design.

Any help will be appreciated.
