I think I have it scaled correctly using the page setup. But when I print, I get a blank page. The printer is B/W and I have tried it in mono and gray. Any Ideas?

Can you see your layout on the preview? Try printing from Altium to PDF. This should tell you if it is Altium or printer issue.

Yes, I can see it on the preview.
How do I get it out of altium in pdf at 1:1 ?
My printer works fine. I can print from any other program.

Hi,
You must set Adobe PDF (or CutePDF) as your default printer, otherwise it won't work. (at least in my case). Then, print it as pdf, and save it. Then you can review your design in pdf and print it on a printer.
Hope this helps.

(Altium designer summer 09)
Right click on the fabrication previews your printing and click "page setup"
Change the scaling to "Scaled print" and set it to 1
That will print 1:1 (i've used it many times to do toner transfer)
You can print to a PDF printer to get a 1:1 pdf then print later if you want. i've done that too
If you find the output isn't 1:1 when printing the PDF then it's an issue with your PDF software.
