Resize just the width of a "Union" of Regions, Polygons

Hello everybody

I'm trying to resize just the width of a union of Regions , but when I use Union->Resize Union it just allows to scale the union in both axis (x and y), but I just want to resize the width.

Anyone could tell me if it is possible?
