update from library component that is of "Graphical" type

Hello all, this is my first post in this forum.

I have the following problem.

I created a component in my schlib that is of the type "Graphical" as explained here: https://www.altium.com/documentation/altium-designer/sch-dlg-schcomponentpropertiesformproperties-for-schematic-component-ad?version=17.0

I do not want this component to show up in my PCB nor BOM, hence why i choose "Graphical".

I want to update the instances of this component that are in my schematics of my project, however when i go for "update from libraries" it does not work as it would for non "Graphical" components.

Any ideas?

I am using AD22.
