Small form factor WiFi module

I'm looking for a reasonable small form factor WiFI module, I was thinking of this;

However I could also implement a Bluetooth and WiFi module.

I have about 13.7 x 17 mm for a WiFi module or 25 x 25mm for a combo module.

I have an external SMA antenna connector.
