Thanks T3sl4co1l for your answers to my questions

I'm talking about something like these holes on PCB:

Is it clear?

Ah, routed slots are made with a Region object.  Set its property to "board cutout".  Make sure the cutout appears on the Board Outline layer (usually Keep-Out) as well.

Check with your board house to see what minimum width and inside corner radius is reasonable.  Usually the milling bit is 1mm, so a 1.1mm or larger slot is no problem.  Smaller slots can be made (even between SOIC pins for minimum leakage), but they will probably add cost.

the easiest way is to draw a line on a mechanical layer with the width of the slot. for example a 2 mm wide line.
once you have drawn the line or lines : select them.

Tools - convert - Selected objects to Board cutout

The board house I use suggests using overlapping pads (multilayer) with the end pads dictaing the start and finish of the slot. The slots end up plated internally unless otherwise stated. If you don't want it plated then it will be routed after plating the board.
