Found undefined apertures

A local PCB house told me not to use "Embedded apertures (RS274X)" when generating the gerber files. If I uncheck that option I get the following error: "Found Undefined Apertures  -- To Locate them, select button: Next Undefined".
Any ideas on what this means and how to fix it?

I agree with electron... run from them or you might have bigger problems.
