The Amp Hour #156- Sinclair C5
« on: August 13, 2013, 12:25:49 pm »
The other week Chris and Dave were joking about the Sinclair C5 poncho. Although I think it is a bit of a kludge, definitely not cool and obviously an after though  I don't think its too bad how ever this gem from Hyundai had me on the floor not just because it looks so daft but because it also looks like some care and though went in to its design.

Korean engineers are hatched - It's an egg. He just broke out of it and is still wearing a piece of the shell.

The windshield helmet could stand on its own in the marketplace, I'm sure. Such style! Such grace! ;)

Oh, admit it -- if that elongated faceplace had a plastic casting of an Alien(s) face on it, instead of a vast transparent expanse, it'd actually be a great commuter ride.

Some types of Clone Wars droid (sorry, not really my genre) have a head that shape too, and the 'car' does seem more befitting the Star Wars universe, but that wouldn't terrify rush hour commuters into veering out of your way, so what would be the point?

In all seriousness, now that Dave has spent some time with it, I wonder if he has any thoughts on what he'd do differently today, staying in the same rough genre.
