Hi all i need a sop16 breakout board/adaptor,would anyone have pcb artwork in pdf format for laser printing,as plan to etch my own rather than wait weeks for delivery,Tia.

Yes, that central footprint in the pdf I attached. With SOIC and SOP there may be some variation and you didn't specify scale. The attached pdf is on a 0.1" grid. At 1:1, the it will appear much smaller.

Go look around oshpark. People put boards on there to share. JLBPCB might do it too. For something like this, ordering it from EBay is a choice too.

And bear in mind that SO/SOP and SOIC aren’t the same thing, and that different manufacturers use the terminology differently. The only thing they have in common is 1.27mm pitch, but there are (at least) 3 widths in common use.
