12V DPDT device (except relay)

Hello everyone,

I need a DPDT device (like a relay) that should meet the following restrictions:
- the switching mechanism should accept 12V or more on the input
- the switching mechanism should not sink more than 1mA ( which mean roughly 100mW)
- the output pins should accept voltages from 0 to 20V (being able to drop to 0 is a must)
- the output pins should not have an resistance greater than 100 mOhms
- should be small enough to fit in a 8x7 mm rectangle

If you believe that this can be achieved using transistors or other ICs please let me know how would you do it.

Just as a reference, this relay should switch between a voltage input on board and a calibration circuit.

Thank you for the answer, but the suggested relays are double in size then the one I suggested.

Analog switches are available for this, check Vishay/siliconix for instance. But you left out an important parameter: do need you isolation between control input and the switch?

Analogue switches tend to have a much higher resistance than an Ohm. The only sub-Ohm ones I've seen are limited to much lower voltages: typically < 6V.

I dare say, the original poster's specification is impossible to full-fill, without designing a custom IC. Even solid state relays will be too big and a photo-coupled MOSFET will use too much current.

This doesn't mean that the original poster's problem is impossible to solve. There might be other ways of solving it, which they haven't considered.
