12V to 12.6V boost with current limit for 1Amps

Input is 12V, output I need is 12.6V with 1Amps current limit.
Output connected: Lithium battery 8.1V to 12.6V range and a resistive load in parallel.

Since battery is also connected at the output, so current limit is required. Otherwise battery drains huge current, if limit is not there

What are you trying to do? Charge three lithium ion batteries from a 12V supply? You'll need a SEPIC converter and a specialised lithium ion charging IC.

You should tell us more about what your application is -- I'm sure there are some assumptions not being stated.

For instance, do you want your load to be powered by the battery when the input power is taken away -- i.e. like a uninterruptible power supply? Do you want to charge the lithium 3S battery in a balanced fashion?
