Hey there guys.
I am very new to electronics, so please excuse me if I might sound like an idiot.
I need a little help with a project that I have started.
I made an audio amplifier, and tested it, and it seems to work.
Now I need to make a power supply for it.
It asks for +-20-48V.
I would be very happy if I can supply it with 40+ volts, because this way it will output the most power (I believe so).
I tested it with a transformer that has 3 wires coming out of it, and a rectifier.
But the thing is that I want to be able to use it in my truck, and it has 24v system.
So I cant use a transformer without a power inverter.
Is there a more simple way?
I did try to use 2 boost converters, 1 generating 26V and the other 52V so this way I have 0, 26, 52. Use the 26 as ground. and I got something that looks like +-26V.
It DID work, but the voltage would not stay stable on one of the boost converters, for some reason it would go up when I turn the volume up.
I did try to google for a solution for DAYS, and I didn't find anything that helped me
PLEASE HELP !!
