Choice of Actuators

Hi all,

Does anyone have any recommendations for an positional feedback linear actuator with an inbuilt potentiometer that is strong enough to lift and support a person (max weight 80kg) on a chair with sufficient factor of safety? (Max load should be about 150kg) Basically, this electrical actuator is to replace the common gas cylinder in height adjustable chairs.

I have found some that might work but I have some problems with it..

Another actuator is the Feedback Rod Linear Actuators by Firgelli Automations which is much cheaper and draws less current (5A @ 12V). I also need the actuator to have a minimum stroke of 13cm (5.2 inches). I have been searching for a suitable one for days. Any recommendations and suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
